The MPLS (Multi Protocol Label Switching) is a mechanism in high-performance telecommunications networks which directs and carries data from one network node to the next with the help of labels. MPLS makes it easy to create virtual links between distant nodes. It can encapsulate packets of various network protocols.
The VPN (Virtual Private Network) is a computer network that is layered on top of an underlying computer network. The private nature of a VPN means that the data traveling over the VPN is not generally visible to, or is encapsulated from, the underlying network traffic
The WAN is a computer network that spans a wider area than does a local area network
MAN: The Metropolitan Area Network is a large Network in a Big City or an urbanized territory. It is larger than LAN (Locate Area Network) but more cramped than WAN (Wide area Network).
VPLS: Virtual Private LAN Service (VPLS) is a way to provide Ethernet based multipoint to multipoint communication over IP/MPLS networks. VPLS is a virtual private network (VPN) technology that allows any-to-any (multipoint) connectivity. In a VPLS, the local area network (LAN) at each site is extended to the edge of the provider network. The provider network then emulates a switch or bridge to connect the entire customer LANs to create a single bridged LAN. (wikipedia.org)
P2P stands "Peer to Peer". In this network the "peers" are computer systems connected to each other via the internet. They can share data of any kind directly between computers without the need of a central server.
Multi-location Internet Access: Internet Access for offices located on many different locations.
International VPLS: The International Virtual Private LAN Service connects thru Internet world wide located offices in one Network.

Multi Site Networks Introduction

We offer Multi Site Networks. They are useful for the Companies
with a central office and many other peripheral offices. Applied technologies may be MPLS, VPN, WAN, MAN, VPLS and P2P.
Depending on the structure and work characteristics of your
Company, you should to specify the technology and variant
for your new Multi Site Network in the next step.

You'll choose it from the next eight technology/variants:
P2P (1.5MB - 1GB), Multilocation Internet,
MPLS Network, VPN, Ethernet WAN, MAN, VPLS,
International VPLS.
Point at a technology/variant name (underlined) for more information.
